Modern Campus Message in the Enterprise CRM
Modern Campus Message enables Indiana University staff to communicate with constituents through SMS directly within IU's Enterprise CRM. By integrating texting into the CRM, Message allows teams to view conversations, send and receive texts, and track messaging activity.
Within the Enterprise CRM, users can access a shared messaging inbox, respond to incoming texts, send individual or bulk messages, and view conversation history associated with a contact.
